Blue side of Manchester has completed signing of Belgium Midfielder Kevin De Bruyne from German club Wolfsburg.The 24-year-old has agreed a six year deal andis City's forth star arrival after Raheem Sterling,Fabian Delph,Fabian Delph and Nicolas Otamendi.
He joined Wolfsburg in January 2014 at £16.7m after failing to make his mark under Mourinho.
Kevin De Bruyne was born in Ealing,West London,making him eligible to play for England.However,he opted to play for Belgium representing his country in 2010.

De Bruyne has made his mark as after he left Stamford Bridge.De Bruyne scored his first goal in thirteen games but since then he has not only netted regularly but also created number of chances for The Wolves.During his time in Germany,he created 254 Goal Scoring chances in 73 domestic matches,but resulted only 35 assists.
City has begun his season brilliantly,winning all Four of their PL Matches including victory over Chelsea.Midfielders Silva and Toure has impressed the most in these fixtures with Sterling too showing his worth.At Wolfsburg,he played as Number 10.
