The proceedings of SmackDown taking place on 23 April were discussed from the Dunkin Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island.

At Raw we found out that Kane will be given the key of the cage when Seth Rollins faces The Viper at Extreme Rules.SmackDown starts with Seth Rollins discussing about his World heavyweight encounter as he commits that he would neither need the services of The Authority nor of J & J security to beat the S*it out of Randy Orton.Kane interrupts the proceedings as match between Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins was fixed when Seth humored Kane on Raw's defeat against John.When Dean Ambrose enters the ring to fight the given match, his extreme Rules opponent Luke Harper pops out.Roman Reigns makes the save for Dean Ambrose which sets up the main event of the day, A tag-team match between Seth Rollins and Luke Harper who faces Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns.

Neville and Dolph Ziggler defeats Sheamus and Bad News Barrett, Neville pins his country men for kissing the victory.

Naomi defeated Natalya to send a message back to Bella Twins that what she is capable of.

Ryback wins the tie against Rusev by disqualification as The Russian uses a Russian Chain to warn his opponent Cena, whome he faces in a Russian Chain match at Extreme Rules.

Kofi Kingston defeats Cesaro, the match is attended by Tyson Kidd and Other Two members of New Day.

Roman Reigns and his former team-mate Dean Ambrose defeats Rollins and Luke Harper, when Roman spears the WWE World Heavyweight title holder and pins him down.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• John Cena, Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan each did not appear on Smackdown.Randy had no reason to fail from making his appearance while Cena was recovering from Chain brawl Monday Night on Raw.Daniel Bryan is still covering from his injuries which kept him out.And Daniel appearance at Extreme Rules is under doubt.

• If New Day wins the Tag Team title at Extreme Rules two of Big E, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods will be count to defend the Tag Team titles in a match.

•  Roman Reigns continued his momentum going into Sundays Extreme Rules. After Big Show, Reigns is expected to get back into the WWE World Heavyweight Championship picture.
