The former Ballon d'Or winner netted with an injury-time free kick to earn his new club a 1-1 draw at home as 62K people jumped into joy.
Former AC Milan and Real Madrid star Kaka was overjoyed after making history on Sunday by scoring Orlando City's first MLS goal.
The Florida franchise were set to recive a one goal defeat on their MLS debut after Mix Diskerud cudved the ball in at the 76th minute after Villa let the pass in.
However, Orlando were awarded a free kick in the second minute of injury time - by which point they had been reduced to 10 men - and Kaka found the back of the net with a deflected strike that sent the home fans wild.
"It was very difficult because we were losing the game but I scored and we got the draw," the former Ballon d'Or winner told ESPN.
“So there is a lot of emotion as it is the first goal for Orlando City in this league and I am so happy with that. We have a lot to improve on but it was good work.
"The atmosphere was amazing so thank you for the support. This crowd were supporting us all the time. Thank you, Orlando."
Kaka, who has 89 Brazil caps to his name, signed for Orlando City last June but spent a short spell on loan at former club Sao Paulo before returning to Florida for the start of the MLS season.He looked dangerous everytime he had the ball, Kaka looked to get the ball past net but he finally succeeded with a free kick deflected by Saunders.
