West Brom vs Chelsea - Preview

   Venue:The Hawthorns
   Date:23rd August,2015
   Time:13:30 GMT

The Blues visit West Brom this weekend as they are finally looking to get off to a good start this season after a humiliating 3-0 defeat to Manchester City last week. They need to stage a strong comeback this Sunday to boost the team morale and also if they want to retain the title this season but it will not be easy as West Brom is also looking for their first win after losing to City in their opener and then tying to Watford in the second game. A win would be  the ideal result for both Mourinho and Pulis.

   Team News

Chelsea haven't enjoyed their recent clashes with West Brom as they haven't won they're last four games against them including the 3-0 defeat shortly after clinching the title last season. Defeating West Brom will be a tough task but it does not seem impossible for Mourinho considering the fact that new signings such as Abdul Baba Rahman and Pedro could give Chelsea the edge over West Brom. Courtois will come back in goal for Begovic. John Terry is set to start despite of his half time withdrawal against City. Oscar's injury is still affecting him so they'll have to rule him out for this match too. Pedro could be set to replace Ramires and play at the right wing on sunday.

Striker Berahino is most likely to play against Chelsea despite speculations over his future at hawthorns. The baggies rejected a Tottenham bid for the striker this week. West Brom are close to signing Federico Fazio but he should be registered in time. Gnabry is match fit so he could make his debut on Sunday and record signing Salamon Rondon is also expected to start.
