Toni Kroos the midfielder of Real Madrid insists that his side fell short of assurance last term but also insists that they are now determined to win every trophy available.
The club finished runners up in La Liga and were eliminated in the semi-finals of the Champions League, having already been knocked out of the Copa del Rey.
Kroos said that his crew members were left downhearted by how 2014-15 panned out but he remains captivated with his decision to swap Bayern Munich for Madrid last summer.
"We were at the door for two titles. We have a team that aspires to win everything. It would be great to win something. My decision was to go abroad, especially after winning the World Cup, and to go to Madrid was perfect. I was 100 per cent convinced of it. I’m happy. The first year in Madrid was very good. I’m established in the team and I hope to win titles in the coming years." he is quoted as saying by AS.
To help terminally ill children Kroos has set up a foundation and is happy to be able to give something back to the community.
"We want to support the parents that work so hard to care for their children but we also want to help those children fulfil their dreams," he added.
