It was likely that many of the Key Indian players have asked for some time off from the cricket.
Virat Kohli who had taken on the Test captaincy after a sudden retirement of Dhoni from thTests in the Australian series. Kohli has asked the board to allow him to skip the Bangladesh tour as he has been playing non stop cricket for his team. He has played the Test series and the World Cup in Australia and now the on going Ipl.
Virat will be looking forward for the reply and like Virat many other senior players have asked for the leave. BCCI have to send some second option players to the tour.
According to the sources Raina might captain the ODI side and Ashwin the Test side. BCB has asked the BCCI to have some senior players in the squad in order to keep the interest of the viewers.
Squad for both the Tour would be picked on 20th May.
