Day 1.
1st Innings.
India came out to bat in good batting conditions. The openers took time to settle. They settled them selves at the crease and then went on their task. Dhawan was the aggressor. He played superbly and Vijay accompanied him well. Both have built a superb partnership and now will be looking to continue it in day 2.
The pick or the batsmen was Shikhar Dhawan who scored 150*(158) balls with 21 boundaries to his name.
Bangladesh bowlers were not upto their task. They did not get the early wickets and also did not bowl well.
