The Australian all rounder is a part of the RR teams and has the responsibility of leading the side. He was out for he 1st four matches due to injury and had made his comeback against the CSK. He lead the side well.
He was brought into the team to make an impact. He did so straight away without wasting any time. He made superb bowling changes and restricted the CSK team for just 156. He did place his field well and kept shuffling the bowlers. He also bowled 2 overs but was a bit expensive.
He came out to open with the inform Rahane. He was looking to find form and he grabbed the opportunity with both hands. The pitch was good for batting. He took his time to settle in and then he started playing his shots. In no time he reached his half century. He played faster than Rahane who was off to a flier. He scored all the shots in his book. He just went bizzare and took a toll on all the bowlers. He did not allow them to settle. He played a well constructed and explosive innings. He lead from the front and found form after coming back from and injury.
He will now look to carry his form and do well ahead for the team and lead from the front.
