Pakistan vs Ireland post match

     

The Pakistan team won a very good 7 wicket win against Ireland in the qualifying match. They chased easily the score of 238 in 46 overs. They started of well in the opening with Sarfarz Ahmed & Ahmed Shehzad. Ahmed Shehzad was departed at 63 runs. But Sarfaraz did very well and scored a very good 100 which was match winning performance. Misbah Ul Haq & Umar Akmal did well in giving support to Sarfaraz. in the bowling they were impressive with bowlers taking 2-3 wickets and keeping the batsmen in pressure.

      The captain of the Irish team did well in scoring a ton and helping to achieve a score, but he was not given a proper stand by other players to play well. They tried to make a un chasable score but lastly they were bowled out in 50 overs for 237 runs. The bowlers did not do a grear job in the match against Pakistan, but tried their best to win so. But it finally went in the hands of Pakistan team and they were qualified for the World Cup quarter finals.

Man of the Match was Sarfaraz Ahmed for his good 100.
