Kevin Pitersen will miss the leagues stages of IPL.
The right hand English batsman who was out of the team for a long time has now been called back for the West Indies series.
Kevin last played for England in the Ashes after which he was dropped from the team for poor performance and form and was dropped from all formats of the game.

He then took IPL 2014 as a chance to get back in form but he couldn't get back his form I'm the IPL as well. Then he went to play the Big Bash where he made big runs and found his form.
He was then too dropped from the team and wasn't chosen for the World Cup squad for England and was disappointed. He also wished the team best of luck and go hard at the teams in the World Cup. The England team disappointed the World with their bad cricket.
Now they need to be back in form as West Indies tour them this summer.
After a bad World Cup the selection committee has decided to take Kevin Pitersen back into the team.
KP has now a great chance to show that he has the ability and the talent to play in the England team. This might be the last time for him to show his form. So for this he will be missing the League stages of the IPL.
He has again shown his respect for country and opted to play for England and not in the IPL
