The Pakistan Cricket Team also called as thr 'Green Shirt' or the 'Shaheen are in the full swing to play the WC 2015. They are ready to play it with various experienced players in their squad .
The Pakistani team have won the World Cup in 1992 which was held in Australia & New Zealand only. So will they make a history by again winning the World Cup in 2015 in the same venue ?? They have a prime chance of playiing well on the Australian pitches. Pakistan came 3 times in the World Cup semi final but failed to win any of them.Their last appearances in the World Cup were :-

They lastly played their ODI matches in the year 2014 and they won several matches. They won 3-2 ODI series against the Srilankans & also rode a loss against Srilanka in the finals of the Asia Cup 2014. But it was just in the start of the year 2014, they lost the Pakistan in Srilanka ODI series 2-1 followed by Pakistan vs Australia & Pakistan vs New Zealand in UAE 3-0 and 3-2 respectively.They won only 3 match of the last 11 matches played.
Strength:-
They have the bowling unit as their biggest strength of the team . But suprisingly they will have to miss their off spinner Saeed Ajmal as despite of ICC's hardline approach against suspect bowling actions.But they have Junaid Khan, Sohail Khan, Ehsan Ali, Mohammed Irfan & Wahab Riaz in the pace attack which can make miracles. They are left with only two proper spinners Yasir Shah leg break and Shahid Afridi leg break. They have a lot part time bowlers as well.
Weakness:-
Their fielding & middle order batsmen seems to be lacking somewhere. Younis Khan & skipper Misbah-Ul-Haq conventional approach has not worked out well for the team as well as their fielding is the reason to worry about. The fielders lack concentration in the fielding
