Mexican Centre-Back Hector Moreno escaped censure for the challenge and Louis Van Gaal was furious when the referee didn't take any action.

"When i say it is a penalty or a red card, you will say i am a bad loser. Every word i say is taken in the wrong way. It was in the 18 yard box and was heavy tackle with both the legs."

"I'm not a doctor so i cannot say, double fracture suggests out for atleast 4 to 6 months. Luke will miss the Group stages but we hope hat he recovers soon",The Dutchman said.

Former Southampton team-mate Jose Fonte said on Instagram:
"Really upset by what just happened now but i know my boy is strong and will be back strongest. Wishing a speedy recovery to Luke Shaw. Love you mate."

We wish Luke Shaw a speedy recovery, So that he could be back even stronger. Get Well Soon.
