Stephen Amell and Neville vs Barrett and Stardust: Summerslam Preview

The Biggest Comic fight crossover in WWE History will take place at Summerslam when "The Prince of Dark Matter" Stardust and "The Bare-Knuckle Brawler" King Barrett join forces to battle "The Man That Gravity Forgot" Neville and DC Comics' Green Arrow – Stephen Amell.

Stephen Amell — the star of the hit show "Arrow" and Casey Jones in next summer’s “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2”  who was the guest host of Monday Night Raw, was sitting at ringside for the entire program. Well into Raw's third hour, after Neville defeated King Barrett, Stardust appeared, taking out The Man That Gravity Forgot before sliding out of the ring to push his social media rival. Amell's twitter feud with Stardust finally squandered into physicality. Stephen didn’t take the attack lightly and then jumped the guardrail and attacked Stardust in the ring before the fight was broken up by WWE security.

The War between the Comics was no only limited till WWE areana, a Social Media war too erupted between Amell and Stardust, the Superstar from the Fifth Dimension continued his rivalry with Neville. On Raw, Arrow was sitting at ringside as he visited the WWE universe as Raw's speacial guest star he told Renee Young he believed that Stardust was a bit mixed up and hoped they could settle their differences.

After a commercial break at backstage, Amell was begging Triple H for a match with the Stardust at SummerSlam. Triple H chastised Amell for his actions. At first Triple H denied him, but Amell was persistent and insisted on accepting all the risks that come with setting foot inside a WWE ring. After procrastinate his decision for a moment, Triple H made it official.

Neville, who has been entitle "Red Arrow" will now team with another Arrow in Brooklyn. Amell, of course, is no wilt when it comes to physicality. Stepping inside the squared circle against two former Intercontinental Champions is daring, but the “Arrow” star has the athletic ability and bearing hardship to hold his own in a fight, especially with Neville in his corner. Then again, if he really is The Green Arrow as Stardust insists, then maybe all he needs is a handy boxing glove arrow.

Will Neville and Stephen Amell dispose of their dastardly foes and be the heroes the WWE Universe deserves? Or will Stardust and King Barrett expose Amell’s true identity and make him wish he had never set foot inside the squared circle? There's only one way to find out: Watch SummerSlam, a special four-hour event, live and only on WWE Network Sunday, Aug. 23, at 7 ET/4 PT.
