The Blue side of Manchester are having a busy summer as they are 'closing in' to sign another summer long target.German International De Bruyne is been heavily linked with Pellegrini's side this summer and the Clubs have been in advanced negotiations over this week about Transfer worth of £ 50.8 million,but monday is considered as too soon for announcement.
