WWE Then Now Forever is upcoming with next pay per view (PPV) event Money in the Bank. This pay per view event will be held at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio on June 14, 2015. And this pay per view event will be the sixth event. Since 2004, Money in the Bank will be the first WWE pay per view event held in Columbus.
