Matt Prior Retires from all formats of the game.

Matt Prior an incredible talent has retired from all formats of the game. He has taken this decision on medical basis. He went u der a surgery to repair a three-inch tear to his left achilles tendon. He was to have a big break but then was advised not to play competitive cricket.

He was a superb wicketkeeper and a superb batsman down the order. Once he was in he was very difficult to stop. Its a big loss for England as he has to retire at an early age. One of the great wicketkeeper and batsman of England has retired and a big loss to the team. He never gave up.

He was the second fastest to 1000 runs in test as a wicketkeeper batsman for England. He has good records and now will be missed by the game.

He was the part of the 3 successful Ashes series and also is at the no. 9 position in all time best keepers. A great achievement in just 79 Test matches.

He was interviewed and he said that he wan not happy to retire but his medical conditions made him to. He still loves the game and loved it since he was 8years of age.
England will miss the legend a lot.
