Steve Smith Mr. Consistent in all formats

Steve Smith the Australan all rounder is in the form of his life. He has had the best last 18 months in his career. He has scored runs and runs and has done superbly well for his team. He has been consistent in all the formats of the game.

He has done superbly in Test matches. He played well in the Ashes and then played against the mighty Indian. He played superbly in the first Test and then was awarded with the spot of captaincy as Clarke was injured. He took the responsibility and scored superbly in the rest of the matches. It was damn difficult for the Indian bowlers to get him out and so he did superbly against the Indian. He also captained the side to victory.

He was second after Ricky Pointing to score the most runs in Test only in one season.

He was also consistent in the World Cup. He has played superb cricket last 12-18 months. He is in the form of his life.

He is now doing great in the IPL. In the game against the Mumbai Indians he scored a captains knock. He played without risk in the start and then took on the bowlers in the end and played superbly. He even took a toll on Malinga and took his team to the victory line. He played a knock of a matured player.
