Mumbai Indians vs King's XI Punjab post match

     The match between Mumbai Indians vs King's XI Punjab resulted into the Punjab winning by 18 runs.

     The Punjab lost the toss and had to bat first. They didn't leave any chance of making more score on the board. They set up a score of 178 on the board for the mumbai Indians to chase it. They started well with Vijay & Sehwag but later they lost wickets in quick time. But it was captain Bailey who kept in efforts and made a quickfire 61 of 32 balls. In the balling it was Sandeep Sharma who took early wicket of Rohit Sharma. Andre et Singh as well as Mitchell Johnson were impressive. They gave many runs in the last 5 overs but it was the match in Punjab's hand after they took 5 wickets early. So it was a very good efforts by the players.

     In the mumbai team the bowling was proving worse but in middle overs they did well. Harbhajan Singh took 2 wickets as well as Malinga took few wickets which restricted the score till 178. In the batting the team was worst in the first 15 overs. The top order collapsed badly but later Harbhajan Singh and Suchit played like a miracle for the team. From losing by 70 80 runs margin they ended with a margin of 18 runs only. Harbhajan Singh's quickfire 64 of 24 balls boosted the margin from a tough situation to easy. Suchit gave a very good support to the destructive player of the match. He also added some quick fire runs which helped them lose from a less margin. It was a very good efforts by Singh & Suchit in the last part of the game.
George Bailey was the man of the match for his destructive 61 of 32 balls.
