Sri Lankan Skipper Angelo Mattews, the player of Delhi Daredevils will miss the match against Chennai Super Kings on April 9 of the IPL season 8.
The Sri Lankan captain, who is one of the biggest buys and is likely to be an one of the best player. Tamil Nadu government had outlawed all Sri Lankan player who is involved in sports over the last two season from playing in events in the state due to over treatment of indigenous Tamils in the island nation.
Kashi Viswanathan the TNCA secretary general rooted that Sri Lankan sqaud won't be agile to play in Chennai this time also.
Viswanathan said that "They won't be allowed to play in Chennai. The matter has been informed to the IPL governing council."
Hence forth the Delhi Daredevils management did not acquired any accrurate information in this regard.
"We have not yet received any information from the IPL about whether Angelo can play or not," Hemant Dua DD CEO said.
"He is one of the best all-rounders in world cricket and we will use him in a manner that we feel that we can get the best out of him." Gary Kirsten DD chief coach said.
