Jean-Paul Duminy is the South African all-rounder and a deep part of Delhi Daredevils team this season as he is been handed the Captaincy band for the season after proving himself for both his country and franchise in past IPL seasons.The responsibility has increased on JP's shoulder as he now not ony has to prove himself he has to prove his Camp in whole.

He has the ability to fit anywhere in the line-up be it top-middle-low as he has scored and supported his country all around the line up.In World Cup 2K15 he was seen in good form too and what JP needs to do is carry on his good form into the IPL and prove his worth.JP has a good fielding sense as he can stop balls going behind.He has a good pressurizing bowling action as he even took an Hat-Trick at the World Cup.
Weakness
His weakpoint is that he tends to give wickt away easily,his selection of shots looks to be not proper as loose shots are much too be seen.He tries to settle down every time he comes in as this can probably decrease the Per-Over Run Rate of the innings.
How will it affect his team?
If he continues his form and takes his team to victory then team mindset of the team will stay positive and try to make an impact on the season for the team.
His effect on Indian youngsters?
He is one of the best all rounders one can see. Hd can bat well and bowl well and field superbly. If a youngster wants to been an all rounder he can be a perfect man to admire this IPL.
