He might not have have the power in him to hit the ball big but has the timing and the ability to hit the ball in gaps regularly. He uses his timing to hit sixes. He is very busy on the crease and keeps rotating the strike regularly. He also plays the role to strengthen the middle order and guide its team to a respectable and compatible score.
He has hit many centuries and his talent is outstanding. He is also great in Test matches. His form has made the selectors to make him add in the World Cup squad. If the team doesn't perform well he will be there to guide the teams total.
He has played well this World Cup. He already has a World Cup century to his name which he scored against the Sri Lankans but unfortunately England lost. Having scored a century in the debut World Cup is a very big thing. He held his team together to get the score of 300. He is a very important aspect to the team. He is the player to look out for England.
