Mizdow - formerly known as Damien Sandow - and his boss The Miz are both competing in the second Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
Asked why he would win the match,"As Miz's personal assistant, it's my job to make sure he does, but you never know.
"At WrestleMania the emotions run high, the energy levels run high, you've got thousands and thousands of screaming fans, so I don't know what's going to happen.
"I guess we're going to have to wait and see."
Of his working relationship with The Miz, Mizdow said: "So far so good. We've had our ups and downs, but I'm still employed, so it's not that bad."
Comparing his current vocation with his days as a standalone Superstar, Mizdow said: "It's very different. I now have to operate under the guidance of The Miz, which is eurgh, compared to when I was on my own.
"I enjoy everything that comes with it. Every day is a challenge and I just try and accept it and get on with it."
Asked for his favoured acting roles before he became the Miz's stunt double, Mizdow said: "I liked the interpretive dancer, that was fun!
"Pretty much everything I do I just try - you dive headfirst, 100% in it, don't give anything less and you just see what happens from there. That's really the only way to go about."
On whether he felt pressure from the rising talent in NXT, Mizdow said: "I can't speak for everybody else, but to me, no.
"There is so much talent down there, and there's so much potential.
"Those guys are definitely changing the face of the business, but to me, I've always done me the best I can and if anyone can do me better than me, I'd love to meet 'em."
Mizdow disagreed that the days of faces and heels is over in the modern era, saying: "They boo bad guys, they cheer good guys, nowadays they decide - so same deal."
Of the Give Divas A Chance hashtag and the crowd expressing themselves, he added: "Our fans have a great way of making themselves heard. WWE - land of opportunity."
Asked who his dream opponent would be, Mizdow said: "Harley Race - in my opinion he's the greatest performer and one of the toughest guys ever."
