All rounders-CWC 2015

All-Rounders this World Cup

This World Cup has seen many players coming up, but this time, Effective All-Rounders is the thing which this World Cup lacks.

Before this World Cup there had been World Class All-Rounders like Suresh Raina, Ravichandran Ashwin, Corey Anderson, Grant Elliot, Steven Smith, Ravindra Jadeja, etc.

But, in CWC 2015 these all have changed themselves into Batting All-Rounder or a Bowling All-Rounder.
Most of the teams have opted these All-Rounders as a Batting or a Bowling one.

They haven't been able to perform to that level, which we expected. The pitches in Australia and New Zealand have been shocking than what had been expected.

The All-Rounders who bowl swing deliveries haven't been able to express themselves as the pitch has been Seam Friendly.

Spinning All-Rounders have got the most wickets because of the rain which Australia and New Zealand had experienced before the CWC 2015.

Instead for an All-Rounder teams have started to prefer an extra bowler or a batsman.
But unexpectedly the pitch at SCG is been told to have some extra spin and bounce in the semi-final clash between India and Australia.

If the pitch has spin then India are going to give a very tough challenge to the Aussies. So the plan of India would be to All out Australia.

Now,about the topic.

There have been some exceptional All-Rounders who have come up this World Cup and they are which will be listed according to their form:-
10) Andre Russell (West Indies)
9) Jean Paul Duminy(South Africa)
8) Darren Sammy (West Indies)
7) Angelo Mathews (Sri Lanka)
6) Glenn Maxwell (Australia)
5) James Faulkner (Australia)
4) Shane Watson (Australia)
3) Grant Elliot(New Zealand)
2) Steven Smith (Australia)
1) Corey Anderson (New Zealand)

I hope, that all these All-Rounders become effective in the semi-final clash between India and Australia.

Corey Anderson and Grant Elliot have been the most effective in winning them the semi-final and New Zealand entering into finals.

The quarter finals have ended. Now comes the best part of CWC 2015.

Till then, Take care and Good Bye.!
