After draining in the Royal Rumble, Cena's interview was obstructed by selfish Rusev who kept raving about his loss at Royal Rumble. Cena's ego came to the fore and he pushed Rusev away, Rusev did the same. That brings both of them towards the front. John Cena has come through all of the hurdles since making his way into WWE but the fans had a blow when they saw their man losing to Rusev in Fastlane for United States Championship.
Rusev have knocked down the likes of Jack Swagger, Mark Henry, Big Show and Sheamus during his short head count at the WWE world.All of them failed to gain the United States title against Rusev and his Russian Valet,Lana while now Cena stepped up to fave up the Russian Demon at Fastlane,he joined the list of stars being crushed by the Title Holder.

Story behind the Win-Lana comes in the ring and distracts the referee. Rusev nails a low blow kick and then kicks Cena in the face. Rusev applies The Accolade again and Cena passes out to end the match.
Rusev win at Fastlane adds some double-dealing to be falling out on,and is expected to continue till WrestleMania.
Cena don't often lose on the big stage matches as he was in argument at WrestleMania XXX for facing BRAY WYATT but he took up the challenge and passed it through.
Cena has never been one of the one to take disrespect lightly, he is the one who always look to settle the score after disrespect shown. There is plenty to hook up now as there is much of bad blood between them now.
