AUSTRALIA:-

After bowling well in the death overs the Australia had batted extremely well. They started off their innings with Aaron Finch & Shaun Marsh . They set up a very good opening stand and score 67 runs in the mandatory powerplay. After the first wicket of Aaron Finch was fallen the stand in skipper Steve Smith came to bat. He really played a captains knock by score a ton on his captaincy debut. Then after the wicket of Shaun Marsh was fallen Cameron White came in place of him to take the responsibility but he was departed by Steve Finn in the same over by an LBW. Glenn Maxwell came and batted well but he was dismissed on 37 runs. James Faulkner came ahead of Brad Haddin and gave a good company to his captain . He accompolished his work by scoring a sum of 35 . Then came Brad Haddin who just played like a t20 player and scored 42 off just 29 balls. In the bowling attack it was once again Gurinder Sandhu who took 2 wickets in the same over and was very economical.

ENGLAND:-

After the delightfull start from Moeen Ali and Ian Bell, the England players were hoping for a good win and to qualify in the finals of the series. Ian Bell while hitting a fabulous ton was hoping for a good finish to the innings. James Taylor who was impressive during the last match went early in the today's match against the Aussies.Joe Root came in to bat and gave a very good partnership to Ian Bell .Ian Bell departed after scoring 141 runs and was followed by their skipper Eoin Morgan who went for a golden duck. After he failed it was only Jos Butler who gave a good play to the team. England score 59-6 in the last 10 overs. In the bowling attack it was again Moeen Ali's spin attack to take 2 wicket and proving that he is fit to bowl 10 overs as a spinner.He was quite economical in the match. Steve Finn and Chris Woakes accompanied Moeen to take 2 wickets. But it was Stuart Broad who got very costly figures in the match

So its was the win for the Aussies and Steve Smith was named the MoM for his unbeatable knock of 102
